Excellent hotel , location and service. If you want to use the hotel pool even if you're not a guest call ahead abd they will let you in. Francis at reception is an exceptional employee! Will return!

Great hotel . SkyBar is awesome with a great view but DONT jump in the pool at night unless you want to get kicked out. I may know from experience... ;)

Literally waited two hours after regular check in time to get our room. Thank god the manager of the Skybar was so awesome and accommodating or else I would have left and gone to the Four Seasons.

Sometimes you'll see middle aged women sunbathing topless. Awesome view from the 12 floor of LA. Design is cool and the service is great.

Good location. Staff is friendly . Come here for the bar or the restaurant but not to sleep. The music from the bar could be heard in my eighth floor room until two o'clock in the morning.

Nice rooms with good views . Book 1 category up. Only a little more expensive and buys you a lot more room.

If you want a good nights sleep go somewhere else. Of course they did give me a room by the elevator . I also found the valet staff somewhat dismissive and snooty. Nice rooms though.

Not worth the ????, won't stay again. Except for the outdoor bar that look ok-ish, common area, room look old,tasteless. Instead of wasting money on an odious Mirror TV change wallpaper and put lights!

Opt for sunset view , away from pool -too noisy . Don't expect luxury : no silky toilet paper, service is inconsistent, the concierge rarely available. But cheap on corp rates + front desk guys are nice

Thursday mornings are noisy with the city 's sanitation activities. Light Sleepers: Avoid room 403 or others like it.

I can not understand a hotel that aspires to be above average - let's say - and do not offer free wifi . Totally miss the point.

This place is just amazing and has really left me speechless. I love the tv 's.

Ask for a room on the opposite side of the pool! Otherwise you'll never sleep.
