The Creme de la Earl Grey was light and creamy, but still probably not as good as DAVIDsTEA.

Always crowded and the interior hasn't changed in 10 years. A bit stuffy and the bulk teas aren't the freshest.

I love this place, and the tea is great, but half the time the staff is too concerned with their own conversations to answer your questions or be very kind.

Lovely spot, but not very friendly service compared to say starbucks. Pumpkin chai is a nice twist on usual chai .

Love the tea but this place is in need of a serious upgrade. Staff is pretty apathetic as well .
