Have always found Petco staff to be very helpful and friendly .
Watch which cashier you get, they make life difficult if you have coupons, returns, or exchanges.
My dog loves this place and the puppy training courses really helped a lot
If you don't go and find someone to help you, be prepared to wait a very long time!

Very bad service here. Usually have great service at petco, but apparently not at this location. Never coming here again. I suggest you don't either.
I dunno what was going on for Hannah, I've never has bad service at any PetCo.
