It's such an amazing place. All the staff are nice and friendly . The shows are impressive, there are so many talented people. The location of the resort is amazing too.

Great Hotel with delicious staff . I have stayed at the Royal beach club sections and the rooms are simple but very clean and with a wonderful balcony and great ocean view ! Great beach and private pool

SPG Plat should try and get into the Royal Beach Club. A short cart ride away with ocean view and private beach access with chairs. Rooms are big but oddly furnished. Room service is crap.

Nice with the end of the beach . Most likely you would not share the beach with others hotel . Make sure you exchange some peso before traveling somehow you really need it. Love this hotel

Had a noisy crowd , but their buffet was surprisingly very tasty! Got a free upgrade to the Royal Beach Club, their free wifi was quite fast throughout the entire resort .

The Royal Beach Club rooms are worth the upgrade. Great breakfast buffet and the RBC staff is top of the line . The main hotel concierge Cecila is also a real winner.

The new lobby is quite lovely but the property is under construction , so not everything is as nice. It's a very laid back resort . Not much to do a night it, doesn't even have karaoke or a piano bar .

Staff here are brilliant. If you are a spg member go & see cristian the concierge . Hotel is a little dated but it's quiet , food is great & service makes up for everything.

Closest hotel to the airport , with the friendliest staff ! Don't know why anyone else had stinky pillows or anything -- our room was great. This is an awesome value and a fun place to stay.

Attention drinkers: get the all inclusive package!! The cost is more than recouped in an afternoon refreshment session on the beach ...not to mention ROOM SERVICE!

Get sea view room ! Amazing beach ; soft sand , clear cool water, calm tide.

Great spot. Don't get the rooms with the green tiled floors though, they haven't been renovated like the the others....

Rooms are a bit old but the pool is lovely and the beach is fantastic, so the value for money is tremendous.

The club rooms aren’t great but the included breakfast and happy hour make up for it.

This hotel is great!! The staff is friendly , the view is wonderful, the drinks are delicious and the food is perfect and my pillows dont stink!!

The ocean view rooms are amazing. Do yourself a favor and make sure you get one.

I would give it a three out of five, for three ppl they chrged us 70 for a buffet plate ( only about 15 choices) and a coke and a pina colada , the recipt ddint tell us what we got or how much it was

The hotel is terribly old and malfunctioning. Today the elevators were stopped, the air conditioning sounds like old mustang 67, a good advice: better to take another hotel

No guest should have to pay any extra for wifi access in a hotel . Thumbs down for that

Definitely not a 4 stars hotel . It' s old, smell bad, pillows are disgusting and hallway are really dirty . The only 4 star thing here is the personal, good service .

La playa está muy bien. La alberca con borde infinito que da a la laguna está impecable. La calidad de la comida es mala. Staff amigable. El hotel y sus habitaciones están muy bien reacondicionados.
