I'm no fan of apple tbh but this store is kinda cool. Really big and people there are nice! You can try everything, for sure, but you don't feel stressed or bad when you just wanna play around.

Always pretty busy here but there are plenty of staff on hand. Definitely makean aappointment in advance if you need one.

For damaged screens, you need to make an appointment before going to the Genius Bar

Really shitty service: Dave walks up to 2 employees who are standing near each other & greets them, both employees practically shove past him to address other customers. This is why I bought online.
