Why is it every time I come here.. Please pull forward so we can bring your food out to you... This is the drive thru . If I wanted to park , I'd go IN!!!!

Got Bacon Ranch salad cause it was so good at 12 Oaks. This one had 1/2 the amount of lettuce & partly wilted! Out of toys , med cups & napkins. :(. :p

If the diva working the pick up window would stop texting on her pink bejeweled iPhone the line would move faster. 15 minutes for a pop after 9pm with only 2 cars in front of me.

Drink and sandwiches were wrong. Ordered through drive thru and went in with my incorrect order, gave me a face like I must have tasted my food wrong.

Waited 10 min in drive thru line and then they give me only one pouch of MILD picante sauce for two breakfast burritos . And I ordered HOT sauce .

They have you park when you're in the drive thru .. How is this faster?

Ahhhh! So friggin' slow. I thought this was fast food . 3 minutes waiting at drive thru and nobody moved. I'm not that hungry.

Very bad customer service. Wanted to charge me extra for PICKLES and bbq sauce , on a chicken sandwich . Then didn't put mustard on my honey mustard wrap ! Ridiculous. Will not be returning to this one.

"Shake machine is closed for the night." Bitch, that shake machine is broken, and it has been for months.

I only ordered 1 large coke with no ice, it took 5 minutes and it had ice in it. Oh well , a coke is a coke .

This is a very poorly run McDonald's. Very slow, inaccurate order fulfillment and desert equipment is always down.

Dont go there, never get order right and it takes 30min even when u r only one there
