We really like the selection and the prices, but the customer service has really gone downhill the last couple of years. Especially in shoes .
I don't come here often but it's usually not too bad.
The worst checkout experience of my life. Only one register open and the cashier had no idea what she was doing. Took me 30 minutes to get out. Absolutely horrible.

Service in shoe department sucks...everyone was so rude...I wouldn't buy anything but the whole family is here for shoes .
