この店をあまり分からないの初心者の評価になります。本日新宿西口駅構内で出張販売した1個350円の「ケンズカデニッシュ」のプレーン・ミックス・ココア を一つずつ買ってみました。見た目は普通かも しれないけど、レンジで数秒加熱して食べてみると、チョコ ????の部分がコストをかけていると分かりますね。美味しくいただきました。
こちらのガトーショコラは一般的なガトーショコラのように小麦粉やカカオを使用せずに焼き上げています^ ^
訂正情報ですm(_ _)m小麦粉やカカオを使用しないのではなく、小麦粉やココア を使用しない！が正しいです。申し訳ございません。
しっとりとした食感はまさに絶品！是非一度試していただきたい！！
