4-year old car with 40K miles and the leather is cracking. BMW say "normal wear and tear". Buy Mercedes! Never would've happened on a Benz and if it had, they'd do right by the customer and fix it.

I came here for test driving the BMW 328i. It took almost 35mins for them to get the vehicle refueled and ready for me! Sure they take a lot of time. The dealer wasn't that friendly to talk to.
use the wifi & enjoy the Kuerigs coffee . the BMW of Plano off the tollway has more amenities in their waiting room
We leased our first BMW here from a very friendly salesman who no longer works there. We tried again last Saturday and were severely disappointed. Need more salesmen, and better walk in handling.

Pretty bad service when picking up your car. Waited 30 minutes to pick up an unwashed car as they forgot to tell someone or anyone I was here to pick up my car; Has happened more than once.
Come prepared to wait a long time. They are the slowest
