If you are a first timer, be prepared sore leg day after completing soul cycle. Crazy workout and helpful staff !

Eh. Nothing against the workout itself but there's no place to change. It gets way too crowded after work, lockers are also in a horrible location b/c everyone walks by them/narrow. Helpful staff tho
