Inspired by Moro! Godello wine ; cockles in cured Iberico pork fat , garlic and amontillado sherry ; Sourdough bread made in their wood burning oven ; Slow roasted pork belly , girolles and quince aioli .

Swim for at least 20 minutes. Then the sauna , then the ice bucket, then the steam room , then the hot tub . Rinse & repeat. If you aren't in your smalls for at least 1.5 hours you're doing it wrong.

Always a special place to visit. The Turkish poached eggs worth a try.

I love the coffee here. It's the best. Not eaten here though as the menu is better for meat eaters (not me)

If you want some balsamic vinegar with your Lido bread and oil, make sure you bring your own, they don't agree with balsamic vinegar there
