Desmond was very professional when I mentioned all these negative reviews on the speed of their drive - thru service. They are now giving headsets to the chefs so they can hear the orders.
They are really slow at this Burger King and most of them are rude with the exception 1 or 2 workers. They often cheap on sauce but will make a great sandwich if you request extra sauces. Nice inside.

Avoid the drive-thru at this place. It (literally) took me 15 min from the time I ordered to get my food and be able to leave..... EXTREMELY slow! Drive thru should be called drag thru!
They definitely do not fit the definition of fast food . I've been in their drive thru line for 10 minutes waiting on my order.
This particular place sucks...I only go cause its walking distance but may have to only consider pollo or subway from now on.
