Everything was perfect. Franck is a culinary genius. From the pineapple wasabi salad dressing , to the powdered sugar strips of carrot , the best meal I've ever had. I had the halibut , also amazing.
Amazing food! Was recommended by a friend and I'd recommend anyone to come enjoy this French cuisine . Monday night sampler was delicious. But the chef changes the menu daily.
The wagyu coulotte was tremendous. I also adored the carrot cake with goat cream cheese frosting .
Everything. Just had the wagyu sirloin - so amazing. My favorite restaurant in Salt Lake City by far.
