Contrary to a previously posted tip, I have alway found the staff at this Einstein's to be most friendly , courteous, and professional, and I visit at least three times per week.

Einstein's has never shown any great customer care, but this was by far the worst customer care, which made the slow service that much slower. Very glad I don't have to come back to this one.

They promote their coffee but it is horrible. Flat and flavorless. However their black iced tea is wonderful.

This place sucks if you're in a hurry and their idea of tomatoes is slices of something you can see through.  Boooo
