The salt water pool makes it the best workout facility in a 50 mile radius - but the class offerings are excellent too. Call & sign up in advance - they fill up quick after Thanksgiving & New Years.
The good thing about a gym in the #Vail Valley is that everyone stays in shape - so it's not nearly as bad around 1/1 as most. Best pool in 100 mi. Great yoga .

Food here is great...would only go during the week, gets slammed on the weekend. We would ski until 1:30, do a nice lunch here and then ski for another hour or two. Nachos & shrimp salad are great! - Christine McB
