Entraña, just perfect! The sausage starter was also a great dish. Skip on the fried goat cheese though.

even though is a steakhouse, the fish and salmon r a great choice, choose one of the prepared butters as topping. The stuff portobello is delicious. As dessert I only liked the Almond Praline - Daisy Perez Esparza
