The service here usually takes a while even when it's dead, I also have had wrong orders a bit. This has remained a constant for the 6 years.

It's always FREEZING. Bring a sweatshirt. Yes, even in summer.
I have a dollar of coupon for any full-size entrée salad ....Yuuummmm. I'm getting chicken caesar :-)

Don't let them make you pull up to wait for your food. That's their way to keep their wait time numbers artificially high.
