One of Fresh Meadow's hidden gems . Tucked away on 164th street , this enormous park is stroller, runner, bicyclist, children and elderly friendly . One of my local safe havens for great writing.

Just moved two blocks away from this amazing park . Great park for running, calisthenics, people watching , and just sitting and relaxing.
1 lap around the outer-street perimeter of the park is about 2 miles. It features 2 hills , one that goes up 70 ft. Don't cut corners! 1 lap around the lake is half a mile. Happy running!

Huge and nice place to run or to simply enjoy the fresh air
I go pretty late at night since its pretty well lit and there are a lot of older folk taking walks but try to avoid the area behind the tennis courts and the bathrooms ...have seen some shady people
nice place to get fresh air and stretch your muscles 15min walk per day by the clean air area can give your body good source of vitamin lol happy :-)
Great Local Park with all the standard amenities plus they even fishing .
