大庭城址 公園 の東に位置するこの公園 は、良好な水辺空間の形成を図るために、旧建設省の「ふるさとの川モデル事業」の指定を受け、河川 改修事業と一体的に整備したもの。 公園 内には、気軽に自然とふれあうことができる湿性植物園 や、藤棚、ツツジの丘 、桜並木 などがあり、河川 区域内には緩やかな芝生の護岸や、親水広場 、水と石の広場 など、水と直に接することができる施設が整備され親しまれています、

ここは、とても開放感のある気持ちのいい場所。犬の散歩や、家族の触れ合い。川では釣りをしてる人なんかもいます。
