Open 24 hours . Staff is very nice and the facility is surprisingly pretty clean/better than you'd expect.
I too had the unfortunate experience with these tiny tables . The chairs are relatively regular sized. Whoever did this must be a very sick sick person, and deserves a thousand tiny lashes to the back.
