Good coffee cake . Nice variety on menu with lots of breakfast and Mexican and comfort food options (with pretty good veggie offerings). They use "fresh" to describe orange juice from concentrate!

Their Ebarcadero Salad was sooooo delicious! I don't typically finish my salads at restaurants but I cleaned my plate! Don't forget to pick up the best Coffee Cake in the Bay Area!

Coffeecake for sure! Love the All you can eat oatmeal bar too, available until 10.30 am! Nice toppings, healthy rolled oats !

Get the famous Hobee's cinnamon black tea iced! It cuts some of the natural sweetness, and it's refreshing!

The shortcake with blueberry / raspberry is delicious!! Served warm with butter, it's sinful, but it's my Sunday indulgence!!

The back room at Hobee's in South Palo Alto has a good group dining room for adult meetings. Not spacious for kids birthdays.

Try 'almost joe's scramble' omelette it has turkey , spinach and cheese .... The atmosphere is so cosy and friendly

Banana toffee coffee cake is great when they have it, but it's seasonal and seems to be mostly for summer.

Ask for extra butter on the coffeecake it's the best!

The chorizo scramble is excellent. And it is a LOT of food.

Even though it's not on the menu - ask for the chocolate chip pancakes . Probably the best chocolate chip pancakes I have ever had at a restaurant .

This place is well known for their breakfasts . They'll serve you breakfast anytime!

Cheesy scramble is to die! So fantastic. Also love the tofu scramble . The coffee cake is legendary... Don't miss it.

They are great with kids here. Colouring in sheets and crayons, good kids breakfast and friendly staff
