The "make an appointment tip" is no joke. We popped in at nearly 6 on a Monday and the store was packed with people waiting for help. BUT, the staff is nice and very friendly .
Make sure you make an appointment before you show up or expect to wait.

As far as appointments , you can set an appointment as early as 4 days ahead of time. As everyone here as said, set the appointment at home.
Like most Apple stores, the people there are just there to boost up their commission. They could care less about what you actually need.

Long lines scare you? Just find an Associate and they should be able to take your credit card and email your receipt to you! Sweet!
