Go out on a limb and try the Flaming Lips Taco . I strayed from my comfort zone and was pleasantly surprised. Cow tongue when cooked actually tastes like steak with the texture of bacon .

So good! Busy during peak hours, so try a late lunch if you want quiet seating. Also, be careful which salsa you use! The med and OMFG look similar but taste WAY different.

Oh my, the veggie Quesidilas are fantastic! Crisp veggies , the perfect amount of cheese (not too much), and just a hint of seasoning. Absolutely perfect!

Just flat out awesome modern Tex-Mex. My faves are the Crispy 'Cado which is deep-fried avocado and the 5th amendment which changes everyday and you only find out what is in it on the BTT FB page.

Best salsa hot sauce in town . Breakfast is affordable and good size. If your gonna eat here for lunch , call it in and pick it up at drive-thru. Saves you time :)

Their salsa game is strong and their fried shrimp tacos were something special. Otherwise, just good. Not blown away.

Borders “just OK” but I Gabe it a “good.” Dominated by gringos, a little pricier than standard “street” fare and maybe not as good, but whole package (fish tacos , chips and queso ) was good

Their veggie burrito is amazing! Had it the first time I went there and get it pretty much all the time now, I've even got all of my friends hooked.

Tried the gorditas last night and the masa was delicious, I definitely recommend these, both the chicken and bison picadillo was great.

They don't have a kids menu , but they do offer a kid's size quesadilla that is not on the menu . Also good for adults that are not that hungry.
