The egg yolk sauce (Japanese mustard ) was was very good. Rich. creamy and very decadent. I really like using a look of the ginger sauce they have also.

SAVE YOUR MONEY! THREE OF US GOT SICK AFTERWARDS. My recent visit to Hana Yori of Japan in Mishawaka left me underwhelmed and VERY disappointed. Old, dirty and overpriced. Do not recommend it at all

Didn't love the egg yolk sauce , mainly for the texture. The scallops were perfection though!
