St. George’s Basilica

Although the facade is renewed, and now baroque, this is the best conserved Romanesque church in Prague. Built in 900 check the wood arches to verify how old it is.

This is the oldest church building in the Prague complex, so seeing the old walls here will be so interesting. Today, this functions as a concert hall and a space for a Bohemian Art Collectio

Ancient and interesting inside, but the mystique is broken a bit by the scattered wires and lights everywhere.

It is one of the fifth things you must visit if you buy a classic tour ticket for Prague castle . It is quite charming and it reminds you the catedral in Brescia.

beautiful architecture outside and inside worth seeing but its a pitty that it is not possible to go upstairs

This is included with "Tour B" at the Prague Castle . Honestly, after seeing St. Vitus cathedral this is a bit lackluster. Notice the odd bone relics as you exit.

Oldest church

A diferencia de la catedral esta basílica es pequeña, pero eso no demerita su belleza, tanto por dentro como por fuera, tiene una colección de arte bohemio qué vale la pena conocer pacientemente.

Essa pequena igreja é a mais antiga do complexo, mas muito interessante.

Fundada en el año 920, la antigua basílica fue ampliada en el 973 con la construcción del convento ,que en la actualidad acoge la colección de arte bohemio del siglo XIX de la Galería Nacional de Praga

聖イジー教会 。赤い煉瓦色が鮮やかなバロック様式の外観。ボヘミアでもっと美しいロマネスク様式の傑作として表される教会 。１０世紀初頭の創建後、破壊と再建を繰り返し、１７世紀にバロック様式のファザード（正面）が加えられた。ボヘミアで最初の女子修道院を併設する。１６世紀の画家 ブルクマールの作品「聖ウルシュラの殉教」、１７世紀ハインチュの作「マリアの昇天」、教会 の創設者ヴラティスラフ１世の墓は必見。
