The Blue Fish

...The opposite of a quiet, intimate sushi bar,The original Home of The Ahi Tower, It's tuna tartar and sesame oil over snow crab and avocado salad on a bed of wasabi infused rice. It's almost tragic to watch the server destroy this architectural marvel table-side to make it easier to eat.

The Rock'n'Roll roll could be the best roll I am have ever had. What it lacks in rice , it gains in salmon . How could that not be phenomenal? So delicious! Pair with an order of sashimi .

The Tuna Tacos were awesome, everything else was just ok. Can find much better sushi elsewhere.

The Ahi tower was pretty but way too much mayo and not chopstickable when smashed. WWJD- Japan would not prepare it this way.I am a purist though- give me their yellowtail on rice and we're good.

Kobe beef dish is WAY overpriced and so is rainforest roll (which has an unpalatable mayo on it). Kobe beef also is tough and completely unseasoned. Service sucks. Not recommended.
