Just don't get caught asking for pancakes at the waffle house the cook will jump the counter and kick your ass.
If you want 2 eggs over hard, then say this: "I would like 2 eggs over hard, but don't smash the yolks ". If you don't say it this way the eggs will look like a circle of white & yellow hockey puck.
