Parkson 1 Utama - Best time to come early on weekends around 10 am or earlier. Easier to get parking and queue to get vouchers will be less. Good if u hv Bonuslink and Citibank card

It used to be my favorite place to come when I was a kid because of the toys section. It used to be so much bigger. It was a kids dream, well , at least back in the days. Now it's shrunk. Pity..

Even though they have small Customer Service, it is always fast and the best among other branches.

Given a face-lift. Interior looks much better now. Rebranded as Parkson Elite. One of the better Parksons, but still behind Pavilion.

Love the discount vouchers . Free RM20 voucher if you purchase RM150 above of beauty products. And RM10 for other items sold.

Almost as bad as Aeon - interior deco & layout r horrible,lighting level is low,staff r lazy,merchandizing mix is boring.It's a dept store we'd only visit when all other options had been exhausted.

The customer service in level 2 is so fcuked up! They work like a sloth.
