Roman style pizza al taglio (you can buy by weight). The dough is lighter than Neapolitan ("Italian") pizza & toppings quite different (e.g. potato ). You can buy a little of each flavour to try.
Mushroom & provolone ; prosciutto & mozzarella ; potato , rosemary & mozzarella were all good. Hot salami , banana peppers & green olives was ok, but too spicy
Any of their slices with truffle oil will make you wonder why you'd want to ever eat anything else again. Delicious!

Rapini & sausage was a very fragrant white pizza . Artichoke & tuna decent but the artichoke was limp. Sausage & onion had quite a strong onion taste but was pretty good.
Try something from "You Gotta Eat Here!": Carbonara Pizza , Ripiena, or Eggplant Parmigana Pizza
