It's as streamlined as it can get, but the space is woefully inadequate to serve all of Memphis and most of the surrounding area. Plan on a minimum 15 minute wait if all you want is to buy something.

The rep, Josh, aka JD has very BAD customer service. His pants were sagging BELOW his waist and had a slouchy beanie hat. He downgraded my knowledge although I have a doctorate degree and tech savvy.
