Everything is perfect, atmoy, staffs , view and coffees are so perfect. The music also are so nice and I really enjoy my time, highly recommended

Poor customer service and wrong staff to serve when it comes to a 5 star hotel . They have no clue about anything, and It takes 60 min for light snacks order. I won't come back.
