Stephen is one of the Store Managers and is the go to person if you are not getting the level of service you should be.

Guy in paint dept was REALLY patient. Other floor workers just pointed towards an aisle rather than showing me where items were on shelf; aused me to be in store 2 hrs & I didn't even find everything!

Staff is wonderful, but not enough by counter to mix paint. 12 ppl waiting 20+ mins @11 AM, 1-2 overtaxed, gr8 workers (who also had to train a 3rd) & broken computers. Not fair to them or customers.

Weird layout of the entrance and exit from the parking lot .

Poor service by sheet rock. Guy saw me (disabled) w/ mom. We asked for help, but he just pointed to sale stack & went back to his work. He saw we couldn't lift it into cart, so we couldn't buy it.

If they have a Caribbean accent do not expect them to be helpful.

Typical home depot. Near highway. Drive slow. A lot of kids in parking lot .

Much better customer service than the one in New Rochelle.
