The hotel itself is in the middle of nowhere, but their restaurant offers very good food and service. Breakfast , lunch , dinner ... both as buffet or a la carte... all good!
The sea bass was great as was the new lemon and raspberry dessert . Unfortunately, the chef likes a lot of salt and cream which seem to be on or in everything in abundance. Overall, a good experience.
Good food and drink, minimill selection on the menu otherwise good overall.
Try the Rhubarb Arctic Roll, very different and delicious!
Don't sit by a window at night. Headlights from cars in car park are dazzling.
Try the Rib eye with pepper sauce !!!
The best thing about the Brooklands is that it is not The Ship

Of all the eating places at 'attractions' I've been to this is still my favourite...simple, well made hot meals and good quality sarnies every single time. Pleasant, quick and helpful service too. - Jon English
