Great spot for a drink. Try and grab a table outside . Beers good try Pure Bright , bitter and hoppy fab. Staff are friendly and accommodating.
Super quaint, perfect atmosphere. Great British Pub that features local food. You must get the banana cheesecake , to die for.
Vine covered pub opposite the Cathedral Green. Great real ales .
The chicken kebabs were great. Good selection of dishes for vegetarians as well . Recommended
Excellent breakfast cooked to perfection, been here a few times for other meals, always leave happy
Offered a table on arrivial to then have it taken away a moment later for a party of 4 over our 2 party then told everything was booked . A money game to them. Felt like something from Pretty Women.
Good fish and chips , other dishes feel like they come from freezer & tins (slightly over cooked but good quality overall).
Great Guinea fowl and amazing apple tart !
Try a cold glass of Chapoutier ‘house’ rosé
Fabulous food but not impressed at being forced into the bar for our desserts . Shoved into a chilly window- not our fault the place booked such a close service. Bit annoyed!
Old Vine is a great place for first time visitor to Winchester.
Nice wines :)
Be warned, you will be forced to move into the freezing bar ... after you've ordered dessert . Not impressed.
No children under 6 allowed here, whether that's a good or bad thing...
