Easily became one of my favourite restaurant in London. Tasty, healthy, great range of organic wines , some of the best deserts I have had. I will keep coming back for more!!

Anna Szypkowska

Very nice place for brunch , nice food and good service , and desserts to die for (try cheesecake )! We had yo wait 30 min for the table though, which would make me think twice of going back there.

Edd

Their mains shine but make sure there's space for desserts . The carrot walnut cake with cream cheese and chocolate cake with rum were one the best ones I've ever had.

Chantelle Tang

Such a good variety of fresh salads and mains. I had the salmon with the butternut squash and the aubergine salad . For dessert , the chocolate cake with baileys in the middle. Will definitely return!

Ashley Dando

It’s all good. The salads and cakes are worth every penny. Salmon was perfectly cooked, aubergine and rice salads were great with it

Michael Wozniak

The best scrambled eggs I have ever had. Also, amazing selection of desserts . Love coming back.

Orianne Corman

Second time I have been at Ottolenghi and as always food was tasty, wine perfect and the service great. They offered me to taste a quirky wine before deciding. Much appreciated !

Enna mk

Meringue is heavenly- crunchy outside and chewy inside. Don't forget to grab a bag of granola : trust me, it will brighten your morning!

Zuz

This is just not fair .. Everything looks so amazing. Order everything! Bare in mind you might wait in a long queue

Richard Revis

Considering the price, one of the best restaurants I have had the pleasure of visiting in many years. Cakes are incredible. Baileys chocolate cake and passion fruit tart were both outstanding.

Irina

Simply delicious. French toasts are huge, lunch menu is quite diverse & good value for money . Be sure to try aubergines .

Sussie Q

Everything is good in there, food, coffee , atmosphere, service, maybe not so much of the queue.. but is worth to queue for a great food!

Xuan Lim

Best croissant outside of Paris, faultless service, and a window display to die for. Get here around 10am and you won't have to wait for a table.

Olly Wilton

Bacon leek and parmesan quiche with roasted aubergine , almonds and curry cauliflower with yogurt . Outstanding

Vic McGin

Book in advance for dinner . Beautiful salads , cakes , coffee , wine , everything! Get in at 8 for breakfast , or be prepared to line with grumpy mums with prams.

Léa

We had the lemon-mascarpone tart and the vanilla financier, really tasty ! Next time we will come to brunch

Rob Nero

Amazing food from the chef of some wonderful cookbooks . Get a reservation early! Has bar seating that you can't reserve , and works well for 1-2 people.

Fatima Al-Halwachi

The Shakshuka is a breakfast must try! A new fave of mine. Love the middetearanean flavors & presentation

Kurt Haa

great desserts ! Lively place , friendly staff , ridiculously expensive dishes, and uninteresting menu & wine list .... Ideal spot for insecure & wannabe people

Jade L.

You must order the roasted aubergine with turmeric yoghurt and pomegranate seeds salad AND the roasted butternut squash salad ! Vegetables have never tasted this amazing.

The use of lentils , figs , asparagus , fennel , basil , goat 's cheese and hummus , among other things is outstanding. Read more

Such a fun experience! Really interesting food combinations and friendly , helpful servers . Definitely ask staff for food and drink recommendations.

New York Habitat

Be sure to book a table in advance for this popular restaurant ! The food is absolutely delicious, but be careful not to fill up too fast because you do not want to miss the deserts !

Claudius Henrichs

Bread platter is one of the rare opportunities in London to taste proper sourdough . Yummy!

Frankie Roberto

Go early or late for breakfast / brunch to avoid the queue. Communal tables and hard surfaces mean it can be noisy , but the food is excellent.

MLe B

Make a reservation far in advance, watch multiple couples and such get turned away even on a weekday.

Trish Lim

Really enjoyed the red quinoa , basmati rice and broad beans salad . Everything else on the menu is good though, how can salad taste this good!

D M

What a place! Great selection of cold and hot dishes, awesome atmosphere and some good wine . Book well in advance.

Love this place the food is really good but it's slightly over rated because it's always too busy. I recommend maybe just grabing some take away

Suzi Edwards-Alexander

The apple and sultana cake with maple frosting is the best cake . Ask for your coffee extra hot- they tend to serve it very luke warm.

Jack Haynes

Splendid just for a takeout coffee - incredible aromas in the mocha . One day I'll be able to afford to book for a meal.

Mark Kacary

What's not good here is the question and the answer is nothing. It's all excellent

Nick F

Order lots and share. The chocolate fondant cake is delightful. Giant meringues look good but very awkward to eat.

Gary Simmons

Delicious food but very expensive ! Save it for a special occasion (when you're not paying). Read our full review on Scoff London: http://scofflondon.com/restaurants/ottolenghi-islington-review-n1/

Jake Dylan

Fantastic food at a very reasonable price. Perfect for date night or just quality food.

Jana von Oehsen

Wonderful place! Everything is sooooo tasty, a must in London :)

Brian

The HoCho is slightly alcoholic , and spiced with nutmeg (among others). Have it with the Bailey's loaf cake

Ieva Lekaviciute

Amazing and inspired healthy food place that is also pocket-friendly. Flourless chocolate cake is heaven on Earth...

Gerry Bolger

Amazing service and seated at the top of the table can see all the food offerings. The service & staff are excellent.

Jane Scarsbrook

Everything is good here - had a mix of four salads and an amazing cloudy dry prosecco

Mish'al Al-Saqer

Ottolenghi where you can order Shakshuka and pancake at the same place.

Lewis T

Pricey but beautiful and delicious cakes . Worth it.

Lucas

Food is great, service is even better. Not many vegan options , despite foursquare saying so.

Urban Nomad

Roasted aubergine with turmeric yoghurt and pomegranate seeds (Time Out London's 100 Best Dishes)

Katy Zack

The best desserts to take away . Always impresses people when you show up with a box from here.

Nick Black

Healthy tasty salads and breakfast , unhealthy tasty cakes and pastries .

Lucas

Even though it says vegan on foursquare, there are only very few options.
