Designed by Studioilse, the London-based design studio led by Ilse Crawford, this is the nicest of all the CX lounges with a noodle bar , tea lounge , and a relaxation zone.
The best of Cathay's home lounges . The dining room has a wide menu, it's not nearly as crowded as the wing and the design is amazing - feels like home.
Congratulations--you made it alll the way out here. This Cathay lounge has excellent showers , plus the largest eating and seating areas. You just feel quite far away from everything...
Spacious , comfy lots to eat various noodle soup and asian hot buffet at the noodle bar , western choices at the food mall , all you can drink at the bar , tea and sweet at the tea house, great lounge
Tasty Dan Dan noodles , very attentive staff in a serene atmosphere and a short , but good foot massage - come a bit earlier to relax here before your flight.
the pier (business class ) is my favorite of all the cathay lounges at hkg. the space is huge and relaxing, and the food is delicious (don’t miss the noodle bar at the back). eat and nap like a piglet.
This lounge alone might be good enough reason to fly business from HKG airport . Come here a few hours early to sample the HUGE variety of food and drinks.
best business airport lounge ever. the design is gorgeous modern chinese. the noodle bar is awesome. but it's the tea room that takes the cake . would be considered amazing even if not in an airport .
great lounge ! A homey feeling, good facilities like shower , day suite, massage , dedicate dining area with great food and a bar with snack and dessert room, nearly forget there is food in flight!
This is by far the best lounge at HK Airport . The Pier is far better than the Bridge lounge and has these lounge chairs/beds to really lay down and sleep for a few hours.
maybe the best lounge at HKIA... noodle bar , lockers, day spa , massage , fresh tea ... missed a flight and had an 8hr layover. this lounge was so comfortable , it felt like home.
The best CX lounge at HKG , with a very nice ambiance and decor, great food & dinning experience, plus showers , day suites and even massages ????????♂️ to make your stay as memorable & relaxing one!
This lounge is the one to use if you are @ gates 31 & above. This one is a bit better than The Wing @ gate 2. Better buffet , no noodle bar but more choice of Asian & Western food . Bar has a worse view
One of the top lounges I’ve seen. Full bar , full noodle bar , separate food area, full tea room , sleeping area, meditation area, plus normal seating and showers and such. Nicely done Cathay.
The new first class lounge is heaven :) just beware if you come specifically to this side of the airport for it, you have to walk back to the gates (the train only runs in single direction)
My favorite lounge at HKG since 2015. I think it's got to be one of the best lounges in Asia, maybe even the world.
It’s worth walking out here for the best of the CX lounges
this hidden gem is worth the long walk. huge place with plenty of seats and calming light. noodle bar is also a big plus (order the duck ramen or wonton noodle )
One of the best lounges and certainly the best in HKG, don't forget to have a fotmassage and/or a nap in the cabanas
If you are hungry, visit "The Dining Room", see the menu. The salmon is crispy on the outside, and very tender on the inside ????????
The best lounge in HKIA . Yummy food by Peninsula. But why is the wait for foot massage so long? Has anyone ever managed to get a massage here?
Such an incredible lounge ! Get here early to get a complimentary foot massage (first come first served)!
Cathay Staffs should suggest to their firm that "the Pier " first class & the Pier business lounge should be different name... there will be many passenger mistakenly went to "the Pier first class ",
First class lounge is so stunning. Business class less so, but incredible food choices, a lot of space. Too bad they're using Illy coffee
The better CX lounge at HKG , nicely partitioned in sections, like that food is served out, no grabbing.
Near gate 63. Lounge entrance smells lovely! Great menu almost like fine dining and good service . Free massage w prior booking . Aesop toileteries
most amazing lounge imaginable. stay here as long as you can.
Top notch, spacious , diverse food selections, great drink options, quiet respite, hard to beat the quality of this lounge !
Beautiful lounge , however trek to get to. Good place to relax with food poisoning before a long flight .
Friendly staff and all the services provided. Take a relaxing shower and eat Asian delicacies. Located next to gate 63.
My favourite international first class lounge . Stunning food and service. I could have stayed all day.
So much space, calm and elegant .. extreme opposite to the super busy airport outside
Incredible lounge . Stylish design, great restaurant and exceptional showers !
First dining menu as of August 2019. Recommend the beyond meat and wagyu burgers .
The oldest lounge for business class , quite spacious n also wz a great Tarmac view
Delicious & healthy appetizer : feta cheese , root vegetables , rocket, rosemary honey vinaigrette .
Has all you'll need during a layover. Showers , coffee bar , tea house, noodle bar , wifi , lots of seating
Best lounge ever with a fantastic decor and large dining area. Weary travellers should check out Retreat for a complimentary 20 minute massage
This oasis in HKG is second only to the Lufthansa First Class Terminal in FRA. Worth the walk to Gate 65!
Unfortunately the 1st class lounge is being refurbished and I was told not open till 2015!! But in the area reserved for 1st class the staff are extra helpful! ????
On the other side of the lounge from the noodle bar : get your ice cream and Hong Kong style milk tea !
Tearoom is where you will want to hangout.
The best Cathay Lounge at Hong Kong Airport , and they all are pretty damn good.
More spacious , more options, generally a huge improvement after its recent revamp
Everything
Still the best lounge on planet earth. But please get rid of the flight announcements, Cathay. They are a killer :-(
The Shanghainese braised pork rice noodle is light and yummy! Stuff yourself before boarding for Taiwan as the flight only offers snacks
Get the wonton noodle , skip the tan tan noodle . Their tea house is great!
Very luxurious , the business class has a noodle bar and tea house.
Newly renovated and nicest of the Cathay lounges now.
I love the dan dan noodles here. Breakfast they serve hot soy bean soup with a steamed glutinous rice bun. Delicious. I wish I can get this all the time!! Great selection of magazines to read. - Katrina
Relax and unwind before your flight with a perfectly made pot of leaf tea and some delicious cakes and sweets. - Mark Posen
