Great gym . Good range of weights benches and Hammerstrenght machines! Gym feels fresh! Miss a pool for laps ! Gets too busy after 5-8. Oversold memberships so try to Avoid this time if possible!

I had a good experience when I went. I spoke with the manager Jim Pickard and he was not pushy and made me feel welcome. I like not having a contract. They do need to keep the locker rooms cleaner.

The Zumba classes with Claudio are the best (Tuesday 7pm, Wednesday8pm, and Saturday 9:45am) ????????

A FREE wifi for members at least is very much needed. Cellphone Reception in the gym sucks and hard to stream music on your phone .decent enough equipment in the gym with free weights .

Free Weights are never racked here making the main gym a mess.. Even the employees don't seem to care. Only worth coming here if u just plan on taking group fitness classes .

Just recently got rid of the passcode locks on the lockers , so don't forget to bring a lock.

The filthiest gym I have ever been in. Can anybody explain to me the habit of taking a sauna with clothes on???!!! An LA Fitness special???

Don't forget the long lost art of Leg Workouts... they are like the roots of the tree !

Best gym in the city ! Ask Craig for the 'secret' deal. (Shhhhhh... It's waaaaay cheaper than Equinox or Crunch!)

Not a great gym . They should blast a siren every time someone slams a weight. It happens so often the fire department might show up. If you can't set the weight down, then don't lift it.

Go to Zumba class with Lianne Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7pm!

On sundays the whole gym is almost for you. Empty. Enjoyable!!!

Get there 6pm if you want to sign in for the 6:45pm spinning class .

Management kinda sucks but still a great gym .

Very messy

While equipment is new, staff is unresponsive and unprofessional. Spin bikes and classes are just plain awful. Resigned after 2 months and paying twice as much- with pleasure. Do not recommend.
