Steak 'n Shake

The digital menu is the bomb!!

Went to eat there late with my family, there were no paper towels in the bathroom , condiment bottles were dirty , shakes came out late with our meal, had to wait for napkins and get checked out.

It might be because I go late at night but the service is always horrible. I wait 15+ minutes for a water and 20 minutes for a shake and 30 for one hamburger . Shakes are decent at least

Absolutely horrible service. Went today,Got a table,went to the restroom,came back out & they had given our table away to someone else. Got reseated & we waited for 15 min & never saw a waitress . Left

Don't go too late, the waitress or sever won't "feel" like making a shake !! Cuz she has made so many already... Um, that's your job?! Smh!!

Western BBQ is the way to go trust me!!

Horrible service and wait times. Only 1 or 2 good workers holding it down for the entire restaurant . Before this visit, I was asked to waive my shake order b/c server didn't feel like making any.

Called in to make an order like I usually do, an was very disappointed with the way it was handel by both workers. never comming to this location again.

Ok eat the steak burger with a mint oreo milkshake !! :D

Used to love coming here. But when it takes an hour just to get your order in and then brought to you for shakes .... Heard someone say they would never be back. Sad.

Don't forget to unwrap the straw before you stick it on the cup.

Kids eat free on weekends!!!

The service here is so slow waited ten mins before anyone came to table.
