The Tonkotsu black is a lot of flavor to handles! Delicious soup with TONS of noodles , and well accented with crispy onions and some garlic ! Hearty portion that will leave you very full
Creamy vegan ramen . Complex, flavorful broth. Noodles just the right amount of chewy, I added a poached egg that was perfectly done. Only disappointment was flavorless tofu - could’ve left that out.
Shortly after being seated they turned the music wayyyy up (this gave me great anxiety)!! We asked them to turn it down twice & each time they did, while and checking the level with us. Food was good!
I wasn’t sure about the ramen craze! Since then I’ve been here 3 times! Love the ramen ! I get the spicy pork based ramen and chicken ramen . The Jinya Tongatsu Black that is my favorite! Get it!
Delicious Japanese bar in DC. Loved the spicy ramen with osen egg and the karage appetizer . Highly recommend checking it out
my foodie buddy Patrick Kwan notes "delicious vegan ramen at 1 am.... Tempura Brussels sprouts with white truffle oil and Spicy Creamy Vegan Ramen "
I'm a fan after my first visit. Tonkotsu Spicy has a solid simmering heat. Pork gyoza was fantastic. Sapporo on draft !
I got the spicy tonkatsu and the pork was so tender! The fried chicken was also very light and super crispy
Tonkotsu spicy and the wonton ramen were both delicious. Also, get the crispy chickpeas as a snack .
ramen is decent, but tends to be more expensive than in the other places in the neighborhood . Their chicken ramen with only 2 thin chicken breast pieces definitely deserves more meat!
Great! I really enjoyed the Hot spicy chicken ramen and added broccoli . Will come back soon
Decent ramen spot with a ton of topping and side dish offerings. Cauliflower was pretty tasty
Pros: Very fast service , nice decor and friendly staff . Cons: A little pricey (it is DC after all), feels a bit cramped inside.
The spicy creamy vegan ramen is DELICIOUS, and super filling too.
Black tonkotsu ramen really hits the spot.
Spicy Misso Ramen , spicy chicken ramen and pork dumplings
Tonkatsu black is delicious. GET THE BUN !
Ramen is great. The place is a bit noisy .
Get the spicy chicken ramen . So good
Umami Ramen
Sit at the bar !
Brussels way overbreaded
Not good. The broth spicy with no flavor, the meat over cooked, and no egg on the spicy option.
Asian sangria on draught, shoyu ramen, and tofu poutine make this place a new favorite. - Mac Bellingrath
Spicy miso is the best around DC. Skip going Daikaya around the corner. This place has the great ramen you are looking for. - Lucas Blair
One of the most authentic Chinese restaurants in DC's gentrified Chinatown! A lot of legit Chinese dishes. I'd recommend the Signature Lamen and the Handmade Dumplings. Good meal for around $20. - Ranini Pastel
The Dolci Gelati gelato is local, artisan and incredibly delicious! - Anastasia Dellaccio
