Very nice service, possibly one of the most decent in the metro. Location is also excellent if you're here for a business trip with a little food-hunting on the side.

Although their breakfast buffet selection and taste is very good for a business hotel , their banquet staff needs more training . Slow response time to request was the most common among all of them.

rooftop bar & restaurant has a great view of BGC and provides a place to wait for traffic to subside before going home. but the hotel basement parking is not complimentary for restaurant guests.

This is the "First Urban Lifetyle" hotel in the Philippines. Very nice and new! Its like a businessman's boutique hotel .

I was overcharged and was notified hours after I checked out. Ms Katrina Morris deposited back my money as promised! Just awesome !

Real nice roof deck , cool music and nice breeze. Careful with ordering cocktails though, it isn't what you'd expect :( I ordered a Cosmopolitan and was really disappointed :(

Broken mini fridge . We requested for an extra bed when we booked it then it wasnt set up. Then when they did there's no pillow . We are disappointed.
