Staff is helpful and friendly . Avoid on the weekends at all cost. This place is crowded and can be hot when the weekend shoppers are out and about. Tuesday is the best day for help and fun.

The geniuses here are great. We've had a lot of computer issues the past few months and they've helped us out a lot.

You can now switch out your on/off button for free on iphone5 because it has been a defect.

Genius Bar is ridiculously slow. If you make an appointment , don't count on them being ready for you. 30 minutes late and counting...

The service here is terrible. Make sure you bring plenty of time with you to wait and don't expect help from the guys behind the counter
