Came back here for the convenience and this time made a purchase...after standing around forever waiting for non-existent help. The guy who did finally help us was completely clueless! Stay away!

Cust service was horrible... thx for the tip! we waited 30 mins then walked out, FYI Legacy Village Store is Awesome!!! I own Mac and apple products and the extra 15 min drive is worth it for me!

This place is a hot mess! They were late to my scheduled appointment to start things off. If that wasn’t bad enough, the repair to my device took longer & cost more than quoted. Avoid at all costs!!!

Check your computer before you leave with it. They tend to forget to put little things back into it, like Airport cards.

Came back here to look at headphones. I asked the associate some questions about them and he looked up the answers on Google while I was standing there. I already did that myself...

Very disappointed with the service, had to wait 15 minutes for help. I purchased an iPhone X and felt rushed out of the store - only to get home and the SIM card was not put into the new phone.

I read all of the negative reviews of this store and thought "oh it can't be that bad." It was absolutely horrible. All they do is try to tell you to buy new stuff. Rude people and very unhelpful.

If you don't look or seem wealthy/loaded they basically won't even ask if you need help. We stood around for ten minutes and looked very in depth at a MacBook and were ignored. Horrid. STAY AWAY!!

Terrible customer service. I went in to buy a MacBook and left to go to another Apple store after we were ignored. Employees were talking with other employees, while we stood there awkwardly.

The people are mean and won't help you. They will just make you buy new shitty products that also don't work. Fuck apple .
