For those of you looking for Savoy without the long drive. This food court stall has been featured on many articles for their Hainan chicken , the star of the show. It is as good as mall food gets.
The broth here smells amazing. I got the cold noodles and everything was fresh and tasty except it was heavily under seasoned. Added a good dose of salt and it was great.
Their Hainan chicken is alright. The unsung star is the chicken noodle soup with roasted chicken so perfect that I thought it had been fried. ???? ???? ????????
The rice for the hainanese chicken is super fragrant. You can choose dark or white meat or mixed.
Hainan chicken and rice is my fave. I haven't tried the other dishes. Definitely going back.
