The massage therapists are very professionals. The facilities are elegant and clean . I believe it's one of the most luxurious spa 's in the world ???? My rating: 9.5/10. 

Beautiful facilities and jacuzzi at the spa main room, snow room, steam sauna . Massage 7.5/10 sultan signature, need a better option of tea . Pretty Chilling salon outside with beds.

Wonderful. You have to try it one day. No words can deliver my experience. They don't allow female to male as I tried to do couple massage with my wife in one room.
