Old shop that refurbish. Something light and great for a lovely evening. Stewed dish majority nice. Garupa fish skin dish is something new.
For a small threadfin fish , price is roughly around RM10. Your choice of either fried or steamed with (style choose from the menu). Tried both, prefer fried coz can eat the bones, easier to eat.
I love their kueh chap and also orh ni (yam + pumpkin dessert ). Salted egg pork porridge wasn't as great as their picture.
I ❤️this place! Everything is delicious and tastefully flavoured. Salted egg pork porridge , salted egg pumpkin amongst others are the best! Price is reasonable too. What a gem!
They have mixed platter which is not in the menu . Can choose and pick what you want. At RM15, it's worth it.
Had red bean and brown sugar dessert . Must eat immediately while it's warm, otherwise the skin turn hard which happened to mine. Found a shred of plastic inside the filing. ????
Thi restaurant selling kueh chap with the noodles , singapore style ????! Price is super reasonable !! Carving for Tong Yuen ..... all year round is serve here!
Nice teochew porridge . Dishes cook on the spot instead of pre-cooked dishes. Must order their fish . Fresh and nice.
Set for 2 person so worth it, taste so good. Michelin Star rated some more
Fresh from the kitchen! Reasonable price and valuable set menu ! Order their fried ma yao, wery good!! 10/10
Good and cheap food. Air conditioned . Kueh is a must!
Kueh Chap is ok, soup base is not the best that I had but the braised pork belly is good. Firm and smooth and not tough or mushy. No overpowering pork taste too. Too bad tofu 's sour.
sweet potato porridge is awesome, all varieties of teow chew LO style very tasty..
DIY bun with mui choy and duck , jelly fish and fried groupa fish skin was so tasty!
I once accidentally poured hot water on myself, the lady boss quickly brought her home remedy cream for me to apply on.
Order koay Chiap, braised chicken feet & braised pork ear. Chicken feet is slightlly too salty. Koay Chiap soup is too salty and definitely not the best. Don't like the koay texture too.
Nice Chinese TeowChew dishes go along with porridge . Prices, reasonable (can be considered as cheap ).
For those who like porridge , many choices here, plain, sweet potato , pork , salted egg porridge , etc.
Teochew Kueh Chap the best
Best Chaozhou in KL

A good place to eat teo chew food
Very homely TeoChew food..
All the food here is worth to try! *thumbs up*
Food really so so. Not necessary to pay for that amounts where you could find elsewhere nicer, cheaper and more authentic .
Kinda pricey for porridge . Rm60 for 3 girls during lunch
All nice but the fish is not fresh!

Good service , food is okay only, price is abit expensive

Go somewhere else. Food here isn't that fresh. I ordered two fried fish and complained they weren't fresh and guess what they did? They poured soy sauce onto the fish to cover up.
Must eat their 'Kuew Chap'!!
