You can get visa application pictures and photocopies done in the basement . The place breaks for lunch between 12 and 1. Don't arrive after 3 p.m. or you risk being told to come back the next day.

Immigration officers take lunch break from 12am-1pm sharp. Everyone has to leave, the food court in the basement is overcrowded in that time.

Better come early or you'll spend a whole day here

Come one hour before it closes and your doc will be done before office closes. In less than as hour!

So if you can see your number won't be called before the break, have lunch before midday.

Outside of the building

make sure you have copies of everything and photos.

Bring an iPad or book , you'll be waiting a long time.
