Pretty decent Wetherspoons. Good place to stop for a breakfast before working in Central Birmingham. Great real ales .
When you come in move Along to the left hand side of the bar , everyone tends to stay at the top end of the bar ... I find u get served quicker!!!
Finally a wetherspoons suitable for a date! Cosy and bit more of a younger crowd
Nice staff , good prices, can get very busy on Friday and Saturday evenings though
Make sure you sit looking out of the enormous windows and people watch 'till your heart's content.
Rude staff undercooked food and if your waiting to get served at the bar then your in for a long wait the bar staff spend most of there time chatting with there mates rather then serving customers
Lovely bar , shame about the inconsistent staff , some of them are pretty fantastic and courteous, others are blind, rude and plain stupid. Don't work at a bar if you're not going to serve everyone.
One of my favourite ever Wetherspoons
Tyskie Gronie, best lager here
If you go to the 'Family Area' you will start to lose internet connection on the WiFi
Quality food and beer selection
It's rough, on a night time you get all sorts in here.
Staff there try their best. After spending thousands on new W/C facilities I think they are doing what they can.
Not the best Wetherspoons. Always packed and difficult to get served
Staff rude and pay no attention when serving people in order that they get to the bar area. Try the Briar Rose instead.
The food is brilliant
If you're trying for the wetherspoons Mayor thing - you just got the wrong Square Peg!
Probably the longest (widest?) pub ever. Typical wetherspoons fayre really, maybe the patrons even more depressed than usual
Horrible customers Cheap Booze Food good for the price. I bought a Double Gin & Tonic £4-15.
The worst Wetherspoon's I've every been too. Cheap and unpleasant food, can't reccommend for anything than a quick drink. Avoid!
Be aware of policy
Service was shit. Food was cold. Beer was cheap but flat
Abbot Ale £2.29
Great as any other wetherspoons, didn't find the staff rude at all
Too busy for me
This pub is full of old men and unfriendly bar staff who discuss their sex lives in graphic detail very loudly ! Won't be coming back in a hurry!
bar staff got very rude and agressive when challenged for getting our food order wrong. dispite showing the reciept as evidence they messed up! won't be back any time soon.
Could do with a clean
Staff are very rude! :@
Very rude! Don't know how to communicate with people!..
Rude staff and rubbish service.
que lugar mas perron se los recomienda el wordlwide.
Great ale selection. Definitely worth the visit for an enthusiast. - Ben White
