Not quite Beijing cuisine, not quite Hong Kong either. It's not as potent as the real stuff, but pretty good. My take: Mala + siomai + crab roe + HK noodles = heaven
Char Siew is the bomb!!! Try the hotpot too! So good!
Their sate broth is just yummy!
