Trade-in program sounded awesome...until I waited 50 minutes for the guy to carry the whole thing through...and the trade-in system was down

Best Buy price matches local competitors and bestbuy.com prices! Employees (like me!) are very happy to help customers.

Their Geek Squad protection on cell phones is awesome. Ask for Dan in cell phones. He knows what he's doing and is great to work with.

This location just started selling Macs and iPads not that long ago. Don't ask questions about them though, because no one here knows anything about them. You're better off going through Apple. Read more
