My best GYM , i tried so many gymnastics in Riyadh but this one exceptional for even if the machines are limited compared to other gymnastics , overall 7.5/10

Super gym .. Exceeds expectation.. There is also "body pump" class held 4x a week.. Conducted by a coach/instructor named sherif.. The most enthusiastic coach who conducts his class most amazingly!

Best place for your Fitness Needs. All kinds of Equipments, Sauna , Steam, Swimming Pool and More over " Unlimited Soft & Hot Drinks" After Ur workouts ....LOL

Try the new one in Riyadh gallery . Less people, clean , good steam and sauna . Literally youll own the gym :)

Dont Go at peak hours (7pm to 9pm) if youre an equipment buff. Once it gets crowded , its hard to get turns on equipments. Otherwise if you want cardio classes this is the best time to go.

Gd atmosphere&equipment.High footfall requires faster maintenance&frequent renovation.Trainers don't tend to help unless u've hired a PT.They work hard on cleanliness but MUST enforce it on customers

Good equipment but I wish they have more strength training stations . What I like most about this gym is the cleanness and the fact that they open at 0630 every day ???? including Fridays.

Now they have 2new ones; Riyadh Gallery and kind Fahad near Al sadhan supermarket . Brand new and less attitude crowd!!

Instead of marketing their services in the bathrooms , they have to educate customers with hygiene tips (hand washing, using towels on equipment etc...) bcz u can witness filthy acts regularly!

It is close to my home , I really enjoy it , it is one of the best in Riyadh city . I give it 8/10

Nice gym , great place for a run, but people you can't use a machine and leave Your sweaty towel on another come on.....

Nice Gym and great equipments, problem is about sauna and steam bath.

In my 15 years of Health Club & Gym Experience...this is perhaps the Best one I've been in!!!!

Best time to be here is from 12 pm to 3pm , it’s empty and you can work out freely

Coffee machine . environment .people and equipment not that variety.

well its my 1st time enrolling in a gym and i believe its a good one!

Staff is nice but the locker room and pool area need alot of improvement.

Start strong, Finish Strong!

There are good and bad but overall its a good gym experience.

I love the real track more than machines :)

Disappointed by the way they treat people when it comes to the way you want to freeze your membership they just don't care and you have to pay

Cold showers , cold swimming pool , even cold sauna ! . Bottom line thier waters are cold as shit.

They need to filter out some clients ..
